To help us help you, please include

  • The phone number you sign in with (never your one-time code).
  • What you were doing and what went wrong.
  • For a payment: the date, the amount and the payment reference on your invoice.

We will never ask for your one-time code, a password, your UPI PIN or your card details. We only send a UPI payment request after you ask for credits in the app, and the amount always matches your request there.
